About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Recruiter II for a leading financial services company in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a remote 12-month contract role. Qualified candidate will search and find the best and brightest people from around the world.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrate internet research and hunting skills
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize time
- Demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency
- Understand the value of providing amazing customer service
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp-to-corp)
Responsibilities
- Create job postings
- Network with candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers and executives
- Create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest
