About The Position

Bond is seeking a fast-paced Recruiter to lead hiring for our New York City security operations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-volume sourcing and rapid placement of NYS-certified security professionals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in high-volume recruiting (Security, Hospitality, or Retail preferred).
  • Deep understanding of NYS Division of Licensing Services requirements.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with the five boroughs to optimize site-based placements.
  • Ability to fill 10+ vacancies weekly.
  • Clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Expert at juggling multiple shift schedules and location needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through specialized job boards, community partnerships, and local career fairs.
  • Screen applicants for valid NYS Guard Licenses and Fire Life Safety (FLS) certifications.
  • Coordinate high-volume interview schedules and weekly hiring events.
  • Verify compliance with NYC-specific labor laws and site-specific client requirements.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring all background checks and drug screenings are completed.
