About The Position

We are looking for highly motivated, full-life cycle recruiters to support Starlink on the Go-To-Market and Business Operations front. This organization hires world class individuals spanning sales, account management and global consumer ops, helping drive forward billions in revenue for Starlink and broaden global connectivity in an unparalleled way. We are seeking a creative thinker who can leverage both traditional and non-traditional approaches to identifying excellent talent and has a deep-seated passion for Starlink’s mission to connect the unconnected. Successful candidates will have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, hold themselves accountable, have a willingness and drive to manage a demanding high-volume workload, strong presentation skills, and experience working successfully in a team environment. Comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree

  • Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
  • Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
  • Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to accurately present but not oversell candidates to client groups; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent but avoid dictating client decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member

Responsibilities

  • Run a full desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities focused on the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent candidates to fill mission critical positions.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm as the first encounter for many candidates.
  • Work in teams and focus on collaboration while requiring a high degree of autonomy.
  • Show initiative, take responsibility, and run with tasks to completion.
  • Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients.
  • Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication.
  • Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages.
  • Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions.
