About The Position

Every great organization is built on its earlier-in-career talent, and at Everpure, that's especially true. Our SDRs, SMB Account Executives, Associate Sales Engineers, and Technical Post-Sales Support teams are the lifeblood of our growth. They're also tomorrow's AEs, SEs, and leaders, thanks to an internal mobility culture that turns ambition into real career trajectories. As our newest Go-To-Market Recruiter, you'll own the engine that brings that hires and nurtures these teams. You'll focus on emerging talent with anywhere from 1-5 years of industry experience to support high-velocity growth. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role for a creative problem solver who thrives on momentum. You'll source your own pipelines, run the process end to end, advise hiring leaders on strategy, and close top talent. You'll also get to build: candidate funnels, new-grad hiring sprints, and in-office events that create real buzz for Everpure among emerging talent. You'll join a tight-knit, world-class team of recruiters doing some of the best work in the industry, in a company with amazing culture and leadership. You'll learn from the best, get real ownership from day one, and help shape how we hire at scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in sales or GTM hiring (or the ability to ramp quickly on sales and revenue-generating roles).
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with strong, independent sourcing skills and no reliance on dedicated sourcers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A strong bias for action, with excellent delivery and follow-through.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management. You over-communicate by default.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with, or a strong appetite for, AI tools in recruiting workflows.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York City or Chicago and able to work in-office 2-3 days a week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring SDRs, entry-level Sales Engineers, and/or technical support talent.
  • Experience with early-career or new-grad recruiting, campus programs, or hosting in-office hiring events.
  • Background in technology, infrastructure, or data storage.
  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment, or as an in-house recruiter supporting a sales org.

Responsibilities

  • Own early-career GTM hiring for SDR, SMB Account Executive, Associate Sales Engineer, and Technical Post-Sales Support teams, running pipelines end to end from intake to offer acceptance - teams are based in-office in Chicago, IL; Lehi, UT; Raleigh, NC.
  • Be a full-cycle sourcing powerhouse. You'll build pipelines through outbound, referrals, communities, and inventive channels nobody else is tapping.
  • Build candidate funnels for today and tomorrow, balancing immediate hiring needs with talent pools that set us up for future demand.
  • Plan and run hiring events, including in-office events timed around graduation windows, that generate energy and convert emerging talent.
  • Be a strategic partner to hiring teams. Advise sales and technical leaders on role definition, market realities, interview design, and candidate experience, and push back with data when it matters.
  • Raise the bar on quality. Apply our competency-based interviewing and scorecard processes consistently to hire for potential, not just pedigree.
  • Negotiate and close with confidence, reading candidate motivations and winning against competing offers.
  • Put AI to work. Use tools like Claude and Gemini to sharpen sourcing, outreach, process automation, and insights.
  • Communicate relentlessly. Keep stakeholders informed with proactive updates, even when the update is "no change yet".
  • Be our utility player. Pitch in across roles, functions, and initiatives as priorities shift, and grow your skills in the process.
