About The Position

The duties of the Administrative Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Company Confidentiality Policies are a must.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be able to work as a valuable part of management team.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
  • Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Providing administrative support to the admin staff and management team.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Scheduling background checks, Physical and TB for new hires.
  • Maintaining employee files to comply with State Laws - Maintain Residential Books to comply with state Law.
  • Assisting with interviewing potential Candidates.
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding.
  • Assisting with data entry and record keeping.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
