This is a non-exempt position responsible for recreation services work, assisting in front desk operations and implementing activities within a broad phase of community recreation programs. The role assists with the direction of maintenance, office staff, facility attendants, and instructors assigned to the facility. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Recreation Services Managers, who review work through observation and personal conferences for attainment of desired program results. Employees are hired as AT WILL employees, serving at the pleasure of the City and may be terminated at any time with or without cause.
