About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Recreation Server (On-Call) to provide dining support for Explorer Island, their recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop, along with amenities like beach volleyball, basketball, and The Hideout gaming area. The Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island. This role involves assisting and serving food, drinks, and amenities to guests in these recreational areas, maintaining the same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers.

Requirements

Prior experience in Food & Beverage and working outside in a resort setting
Able to work outside during high temperatures, and be able to stand and walk for longer than 2-4 hours
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
