About The Position

The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to help create welcoming dining experiences for their residents. This role involves creating a positive dining experience for residents, supporting special events, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Requirements

• Friendly energy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to listen carefully and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
• Willingness to collaborate and help wherever needed.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly, take meal orders, and provide attentive service.
• Deliver food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Learn residents’ preferences and help to make every meal enjoyable.
• Assist with celebrations, community events, and special dining experiences.
• Help with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.
• Partner with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.
