On Call Server
About The Position
The On-Call Server supports the food and beverage team by providing exceptional service during events, peak periods, and times of limited staffing. Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, and anticipating guest needs to create a positive dining experience. This role also assists with event setup and breakdown, table maintenance, side work, and adherence to health and safety standards. The On-Call Server must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing service demands while maintaining a high level of hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly food and beverage service during busy periods or events
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general service tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Handle payments accurately and professionally
