About The Position
The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to help create welcoming dining experiences for its residents. The role involves greeting residents, taking orders, serving food and beverages, learning resident preferences, assisting with events, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with coworkers.
Requirements
- Bring friendly energy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Listen carefully and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
- Be willing to collaborate and help wherever needed.
- Be available to work scheduled shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. We’ll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents warmly, take meal orders, and provide attentive service.
- Deliver food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Learn residents’ preferences and help make every meal enjoyable.
- Assist with celebrations, community events, and special dining experiences.
- Help with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.
- Partner with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.
