The Recreation Program Coordinator performs responsible recreation work in planning and supervising assigned phases of recreational, educational, and prevention activities or programs for children or adults. The eligible list established from this recruitment will be used to fill current and/or future vacancies in any section of the Parks, Recreation and Community Service Agency. This role involves planning and coordinating a wide variety of activities, consulting with the community to determine needs, assisting with program development and grant applications, and managing budgets. The position also requires training staff, collecting data, preparing reports, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
