About The Position

This is a seasonal position, running from now through Columbus Day. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests at the pool area, anticipating their needs, and responding promptly to requests. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, arranging seating in compliance with social distancing, and possessing knowledge of hotel features, services, hours of operation, and recreation pricing. The attendant will also socialize with guests and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read instructions on a computer app
Commitment to work 40 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 50 pounds
Ability to swim
Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests to pool area, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to their requests
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
Complete sanitation procedure for all seating in between guests and assist in arranging seating areas in compliance with social distancing
Maintain complete knowledge at all times of hotel features/services, hours of operation and recreation pricing
Socialize and interact with guests whenever possible
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
