Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs as relevant to assigned lines of business, facility operations, and events in alignment with department business plan. Ensure availability of equipment, facilities, supplies, and staff or volunteers to monitor the activities. Assist in the development and progress of assigned lines of business and department business plan. Work requires limited supervision and the use of independent judgment, discretion, and scheduling. Specifically for Athletics, this role plans, coordinates, and evaluates youth and adult athletic leagues, tournaments, and wellness programs. Oversees scheduling, team management, reporting, and league software operations. Provides facility oversight and front desk support as needed. Requires evening and weekend availability for games and tournaments.
