About The Position
The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.
Requirements
- Certification in AED, CPR and similar life-saving techniques, and proper first aid skills are mandatory.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old. If under 18, must have a valid work permit.
Nice To Haves
- Direct experience highly considered.
Responsibilities
- Insure the pool, spa, and sauna are maintained according to all regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations in the water or surrounding areas.
- Administer first aid and contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury.
- Maintain a safe swimming environment and enforce all policies, procedures and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
