About The Position

Valley Country Club, located in Aurora, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Recreation Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position that will last 6 months or less.

Requirements

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; manuals for equipment may be in English).

Nice To Haves

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of department programs, events, and activities; answer guest questions regarding such programs
• Record all cash, checks, and charges based on established cash control procedures
• Maintain understanding of operating procedures for pool, bikes, boats, and fitness equipment
• Complete checklists for opening, closing, and daily procedures
• Take direction from the Facility Coordinator, Special Event and Youth Coordinator, and Conference Recreation Coordinator
• Assist in the implementation of programs, youth programs, special events, and conference recreation events
• Provide a safe environment within facilities and activities
• Process recreation reservations as needed
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Perform other duties as required
