Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test administered by the City of Edinburg at the city's expense.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Performing a variety of duties related to the operations of the front desk, to include cashiering responsibilities, greeting guests, registration, answering phones, answering guest questions and clerical duties.
Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service by providing friendly, prompt service, greeting and acknowledging incoming customers and providing accurate program and facility information.
Providing assistance and support to other divisions within the department as needed.
Overseeing the operations of youth development programs or recreational programs and activities.
