About The Position

The Community Center Attendant is a customer service hero. They are the visible point person for the community. This position is at the front desk and is available to the residents at all times. The Community Center Attendant is expected to become very familiar with the community in order to provide guidance. This position also performs other services for residents/guests, which may involve tasks such as receiving packages, issuing and checking pool passes, etc. This position is Part Time averaging 20 hours a week. Flexible schedule to including working on the weekends.

Requirements

  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs.
  • This is a part time position averaging 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the visible point person for the community at the front desk.
  • Provide guidance to residents by becoming familiar with the community.
  • Perform services for residents/guests, such as receiving packages and issuing/checking pool passes.
