About The Position
Under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, the incumbent ensures top quality guest service for the pool clientele. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of pool areas, collecting and replenishing linens, and promoting positive guest relations. The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures.
- Collects soiled linens and replenishes area with fresh supplies.
- Performs cleaning duties to ensure the pool areas are kept sanitary and safe.
- Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures including precheck and cashiering procedures.
- Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
