Summary: We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Pool Attendants to join our team for the busy summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
- Comfortable resolving guest issues in a professional manner
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Verify guest identification and ensure authorized facility access
- Enforce pool and facility rules to promote guest safety
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest concerns
- Sell merchandise and handle basic transactions
- Coordinate rentals (e.g., boats or equipment)
- Register guests for tennis and swim lessons
- Assist lifeguards with routine pool chemical checks
- Follow established procedures and safety guideline
