We are not a traditional clinic and we are not a wellness spa. Kairos brings together movement support, therapeutic bodywork, recovery technologies, nervous system recovery, and lifestyle guidance within one personalized recovery ecosystem. Every client journey is guided by the belief that pain and physical limitation are often system problems, not isolated symptoms. The Recovery Massage Therapist delivers evidence-based therapeutic massage and bodywork that supports client recovery, improves movement quality, and enhances the overall Kairos care experience. This role is ideal for a licensed massage professional who values meaningful client relationships, thoughtful hands-on care, and a low-pressure environment focused on outcomes rather than sales. You will work within the Kairos recovery ecosystem under the Manager of Massage Therapy & Therapeutic Services and collaborate with the broader team to support individualized recovery pathways.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage and recovery-focused bodywork that supports client comfort, tissue health, movement quality, and long-term resilience.
- Create a calm, professional, trust-building experience that helps clients feel listened to, supported, and confident in their care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session notes that support continuity across the Kairos recovery team.
- Educate clients on recovery habits, performance support, body awareness, and practical strategies that reinforce progress between visits.
- Uphold Kairos safety, sanitation, and facility standards so every session reflects premium care and operational excellence.
- Contribute to repeat visits, client satisfaction, and long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
