This role provides compassionate, hands-on support to clients and their families during some of the most vulnerable and transformative stages of the recovery journey. As part of the clinical support team, you will serve as an advocate, mentor, and care coordinator—helping clients navigate treatment, strengthen recovery supports, and successfully transition into the next phase of care. The ideal candidate is empathetic, resourceful, and able to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while maintaining professionalism and boundaries in a fast-paced environment. This position blends peer-informed support, case management, crisis intervention, and family engagement to promote sustainable, long-term recovery outcomes and continuity of care.
