About The Position

Container Centralen, Inc. supplies shipping racks and carts to the North American horticultural industry and provides asset rental and logistics services. The Recovery Driver operates a company-provided 26-foot box truck on designated routes to recover racks from local retailers. The driver supports recovery operations while maintaining professionalism. This seasonal position works the evening/overnight shift and requires mandatory Saturdays. It reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull stacks of racks.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Previous truck-driving or related experience.
Ability to safely operate a 26-foot truck.
Strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Pass drug/alcohol screening and a background check.
Ability to pass random drug/alcohol screenings throughout employment.
Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor employees.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and secure products for transportation.
Conduct weekly inventory counts of onsite product.
Sort products for quality control, separating damaged items from ready-to-go items.
Drive designated company routes in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat.
Operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver and recover products.
Recover and stack nursery racks before loading.
