About The Position

Container Centralen, Inc. (CC, Inc.) supplies shipping racks and carts to the North American horticultural industry and provides asset rental and logistics services. The Recovery Driver operates a 26-foot box truck on assigned routes to recover CC racks from local retailers and supports the business while maintaining a professional manner. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull stacks of racks.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Previous experience in truck driving or a related field.
Ability to safely operate a 26-foot truck.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Pass drug/alcohol screening and a background check.
Ability to pass random drug/alcohol screening throughout employment.
Authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor employees.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and secure products for transportation.
Conduct weekly inventory counts of onsite product.
Sort product for quality control, separating damaged product from product ready to go.
Drive company-provided routes in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat.
Operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver and recover product.
Recover and stack nursery racks before loading.
