About The Position

We are looking for a full time Recovery Coach for the Court Ordered Treatment team. The Court Ordered Treatment Recovery Coach is responsible for clinical oversight of member care, and to the team as it relates to the delivery of services, including the assessment and service planning processes. The Court Ordered Treatment Recovery Coach provides or coordinates all covered services (e.g. case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling) to address clients' individual treatment needs. This position would be rewarding and fitting for an individual who is interested in being a part of Title 36 civil commitment (involuntary treatment) outpatient team. Also, to anyone who is interested in assisting court ordered clients to stay informed of the Title 36 process and monitor the implementation of the court ordered treatment plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or master’s degree, no experience necessary.
  • Associate degree plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement)
  • Possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
  • An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following: more than two [2] moving violations in the last three [3] years or; more than one [1] at-fault accident within the last three [3] years or; any major violation (i.e. DUI, Careless/Reckless Driving, Drag Racing, Hit and Run) within the last three [3] years.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must maintain driving standards throughout employment and provide up-to-date driving records regularly.

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in the Behavioral Health (BH) related field.

Responsibilities
