About The Position

Our Records Specialists eagerly assist in acting as a liaison between the credit union and the Department of Motor Vehicles. This role involves cultivating and managing long-term, trusting relationships, working with loan officers to perfect titles on auto, boat, and RV loans, and filing and maintaining titles. The specialist will also research information, resolve discrepancies, send out titles for paid-off loans, and assist collectors in obtaining titles for repossessions, all while complying with regulations and participating in continuing education.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication.
Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust.
Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action.

Nice To Haves

Prior credit union experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
