About The Position

The Specialist demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Specialist will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners. Requirements

  • 3-5 years' recognized experience in a complex health care environment
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Health Sciences related studies
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project management skills
  • Computer skills
  • Commitment to a diverse, culturally competent, culturally safe work environment
  • Ability to inspire and build confidence in others
  • Mobilizes people, inspires and sets an example for others
  • Ability to maintain alignment with strategic priorities
  • Knowledge of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
