About The Position

Prepares, images and audits all documents in accordance with records management policies. Compiles documents for requested court ordered research, requests from government agencies such as IRS, SSA, Medicaid, etc. Determines and processes any fees to be collected. Utilizes the on-line records system to manage the offsite retention and destruction of active, inactive and permanent records and to facilitate the retrieval and delivery of documents stored offsite. Assists members and employees with research requests. Determines and processes any fees to be collected. Compiles statistical data for management on a month-end basis (regarding fees collected, research time and total requests worked, imaged documents, etc.) Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • One year to three years of similar or related experience
  • High school education or GED
  • Normal courtesy in dealing with others
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
