About The Position

NFF Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Records Management personnel to perform activities according to Federal government privacy and legal requirements. The role involves assisting in the development of analyses and reports related to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act (PA) processes. The specialist will manage the flow of FOIA and PA correspondence or requests and establish processes to provide prompt responses to requestors in accordance with FOIA policies, procedures, and guidelines. Technical tasks include maintaining the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and participating in the development of information management policies and governance for supporting applications on Microsoft 365 and Salesforce platforms. The position also requires managing SharePoint sites content and permissions, creating and executing PowerShell scripts for reports and records management tasks, compiling data for reports, transcribing reports, maintaining indexes, and ensuring all work products are proofread and free of errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Management of Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in information security or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proactive and ability to work both singularly and in a Team environment.
  • Knowledge with federal standards such as NIST, FISMA and FIPS.
