Reconstruction Project Manager

Servpro•Katy, TX

About The Position

The Reconstruction Project Manager is the front-line sales and scoping representative for SERVPRO reconstruction opportunities. The role takes qualified opportunities after mitigation handoff, responds to property losses, documents conditions, develops reconstruction scopes, and works with homeowners and insurance adjusters to move opportunities through to signed jobs. The manager converts opportunities, establishes clear expectations, and manages scope revisions, supplements, and estimate changes through final invoicing. The role owns the customer, adjuster, scope, and estimate aspects of the reconstruction process. Daily production execution—including scheduling, subcontractor management, materials coordination, workmanship oversight, punch-list management, and final completion—is owned by the Superintendent. The Reconstruction Project Manager re-engages after handoff when revised scopes, supplements, concealed damage, carrier changes, or customer-approved additions require estimate updates or approval support. SERVPRO Team Wilson is described as a family-owned and operated business serving its community’s restoration needs. The company emphasizes hard work, dedication, treating clients and employees like family, exceeding client expectations, and providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. Employees are hired by and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise.
