The Reconstruction Project Manager leads reconstruction projects from initial property-damage assessment through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. The role is often the first reconstruction presence on site after a fire, flood, or other disaster and involves helping homeowners and commercial clients understand the process while coordinating with insurance partners. The Project Manager oversees budgets, schedules, job plans, documentation, compliance, subcontractors, in-house trades, and job-site performance. The role also supports lead response, customer education, vendor and community relationships, emergency recovery efforts, and required certifications and safety training. The position requires scheduled 24/7 on-call availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and work at post-disaster sites that may contain debris or other hazards.
