About The Position

The Reconstruction Project Manager oversees residential reconstruction projects from start to completion, helping families rebuild their homes after disasters. This role coordinates clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and insurance adjusters while managing budgets, schedules, deadlines, and project documentation. The manager conducts job site inspections to ensure quality and code compliance and resolves construction challenges to keep projects on schedule. Candidates must live locally and be able to commute daily to Fairfax County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven residential construction or remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Must reside in the local area and be able to commute daily to Fairfax County and surrounding areas.
