About The Position

SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is expanding into the Chesapeake, Newport News, and Arlington areas and is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager for their Chesapeake Franchise. This is a family-run business that prides itself on helping people through fire and water disasters. The company invests in employee development and offers a team-oriented environment. The Reconstruction Project Manager will plan and execute reconstruction projects, manage the customer experience, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, enjoys supervising others, and is a serious multi-tasker with initiative and superb interpersonal skills. They should be highly dependable and excited about exceeding expectations.

Requirements

Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication
High school diploma/GED
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on process
Maintain customer and client communications
Ensure proper permits are acquired
Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
