The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget, for the local Paul Davis office. The Project Manager will lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades. They will interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the project, create work orders for projects, schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed, and manage an on-site Foreman on each project. The role also involves ordering materials, reviewing estimates as needed, aligning budgets with expectations with project estimator, and providing weekly updates on all projects that are active. Additionally, the Project Manager will monitor job sites for safety issues, quality, and for training opportunities.
