Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous construction management experience/team management experience is required.
Valid driver’s license and a clean background check record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, RMS
Excellent verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure all client requirements and quality standards are met.
Validate initial field documentation and review final job files for the audit process.
Confirm and approve project budgets and work orders before execution.
Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and OSHA/EPA guidelines.
Conduct daily Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings and manage onboarding for all reconstruction roles.
Recruit, vet, and manage a robust network of sub-contractors and vendors.
Prepare KPI reports, track operational trends, and provide strategic analysis to the Director.
Ensure the division embodies the Paul Davis vision of providing extraordinary care.
Achieve defined sales goals and continuously work towards year over year sales growth.
Maintain defined Gross Margin levels across all projects.
Secure a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75 or greater from clients.
Evaluate, coach, and develop "A" players to align with company culture.
Research and implement efficient restoration workflows, software, and equipment.
Understand and maintain strict Service Level Agreements with corporate partners.
Conduct in-person field inspections and re-inspections to ensure quality control.
Participate in the evening and weekend on-call rotation for emergency losses.
