ABSA, the pressure equipment safety authority, is seeking an individual to join our main office in Edmonton as a Receptionist for a 12-month contract position, covering a maternity leave. ABSA is responsible for administration of pressure equipment safety services to the province of Alberta. This position plays a key role in providing for front-line customer service, communication, and customer payment processing and recording for our organization. ABSA services include pressure equipment inspections, examinations and seminars, and design engineering reviews. As the receptionist you will be responsible for assessing customer inquiries and ensuring they get redirected to the right personnel or departments. In addition, you will need to manage a number of different tasks all at the same time. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist ensures that every customer is treated well.
