SUMMARY: Responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in person or on the phone. Properly transferring calls to the designated department or person. LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience

Requirements

Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
Must have excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
Must have a positive attitude with exceptional client service skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Willingness to learn
Multilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

Promptly and courteously answering all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department
Handling all incoming lobby traffic, including greeting guests and advising guests of guests in the lobby, signing in delivery services, vendors, maintenance workers, etc
Ensuring the lobby is always presentable
Assist with customer service tasks and duties as needed
