About The Position
You’re friendly, organized, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression—answering incoming phone calls, greeting in‑house guests, and connecting customers with the right departments. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred
- Previous Automotive experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Greet customers and direct them to appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform scanning, filing, and document organization
- Order business cards and maintain company directory updates
- Coordinate team lunches (end-of-month and birthday events)
- Assist with processing deposits
- Handle check processing and basic financial documentation
- Enter and maintain new vehicle inventory records
- Process used vehicle purchases
- Ensure accuracy of inventory data across systems
- Maintain and update internal schedules (65 & 69 reports via CTRL)
- Support general system updates and data accuracy
