About The Position

Genesis of Round Rock is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Receptionist to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Receptionist, you are the dealership's front line and first impression. You will professionally and courteously greet and help connect customers by phone or in person with our dealership team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to clearly answer the phone and use the intercom
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to remain positive and professional in stressful situations
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Ability to listen to customer and determine how to assist them
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Time Management skills and ability to prioritize
Excellent communication skills and works well in a team environment
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Ability to handle multiple calls at one time
Maintain professional appearance at all times
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

One or more years experience answering calls in a high-volume setting
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Greet and connect customers by phone or in person with the dealership team.
Assist customers and vendors by phone or in person to find the support they're looking for, and route them promptly to the appropriate team member.
Manage telephone switchboards to handle customer calls.
Enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system as required.
Support the dealership sales and service team during events, service rush hours and as otherwise needed onsite, often during non-traditional hours.
