JMM is seeking a Receptionist with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience for the Irvine office. The Receptionist will deliver essential front-of-house and administrative support to practice groups, legal assistants, and the Office Administrator. This person will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Service Center. The Firm will provide ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure the Office Assistant/Receptionist has the skills and tools to succeed.
