About The Position

Drees Homes is seeking friendly, customer focused candidates to fill our Corporate Receptionist position in our office located in Fort Mitchell, KY. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to the Corporate offices. You will also assist and serve as a back-up for various administrative and clerical office responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Previous general office and/or receptionist experience in a professional environment
  • Experience with a multi-line phone
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills, proficient in MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be organized and detail-minded
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls, route to appropriate department/person, take messages as necessary
  • Maintain company-wide phone and address listings and update on company intranet
  • Vouchering and research of invoices for Office Management
  • Report maintenance and emergency issues to on-site building maintenance
  • Coordinate rental car drop-off and pick-up
  • Perform mail room duties once a week and as needed
  • Submit office supply orders for Corporate headquarters
  • Receive, scan, sort and distribute incoming FedEx packages
  • Assist Marketing with gift packages and shipping
  • Support the office team with miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties as needed
