About The Position
Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a new startup with 40 private patient suites and plans to receive its first patient in October 2026. The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. The role also provides clerical support to other departments as directed. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming hospital calls and direct them as appropriate.
- Greet walk-in visitors and direct them as appropriate.
- Provide clerical support to other departments as directed.
