About The Position

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Weekend Receptionist to serve as the facility’s first point of contact. The receptionist welcomes and supports residents, visitors, families, vendors, and staff, helping create a warm and professional environment.

This is a part-time position scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, paying $20.00 per hour. The role also supports administrative and clerical functions and helps maintain a clean, organized reception area. Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain facility access protocols.
• Take accurate messages and relay information in a timely manner.
• Provide general information and assist with inquiries.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Support administrative and clerical functions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Promote a positive first impression of the facility.
