About The Position

Welcomes customers on the phone and in person and responds to a wide variety of requests by accurately assessing the customer’s needs and requests; and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Otterbein policies. Part-time: 8:30a - 6:30p every other weekend

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year experience
Ability to be self-directed and prioritize tasks, working independently and managing time efficiently
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering and leaving the community, using customer name whenever possible
Answer customer calls and direct them appropriately
Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and location, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions
