About The Position

Don Ringler Automotive is hiring a receptionist/cashier to serve as the voice and face of the dealership. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One to three months of related experience and/or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Reliability, professionalism, and a likable manner.
Winning attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to meet the described physical demands of the job, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a receptionist or related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Receive visitors and obtain their names and the nature of their business.
Update the telephone directory.
Direct clients to the lounge and refer them to the appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
Diffuse client concerns and direct clients to the appropriate team member for assistance.
Attend department meetings.
Work weekends and certain holidays as required.
