About The Position

The Only Facial is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors or contact us by phone. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at multitasking, and remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage appointments and front desk operations efficiently, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls for a growing network of store locations, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly communication.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational productivity.
  • Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service that reflects The Only Facial’s standards, values, and culture.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalated issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and a positive client experience.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Process client transactions and maintain accurate client records as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and other front office responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with team members across all locations to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience.
  • Contribute to achieving company goals by supporting client retention, appointment optimization, and overall operational excellence across all locations.
