About The Position

Naturescape of St. Louis, MO is seeking to hire a part-time Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, performing precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. As the face of the company in the field, you will also act as a consultant and problem-solver, explaining services and addressing customer questions. The role requires adaptability, as you will pivot to snow removal during winter months. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. Naturescape provides paid training and does not require prior lawn or landscape care experience. The company emphasizes a 'learning by doing' approach and invests in employee development.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
