About The Position

We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist for Evenings and Weekends with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive guests and calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the business, and direct the guest/caller to their destination. Candidate will also do small administrative tasks and be responsible for keeping the guest lounge stocked and tidy. Responsibilities

Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
Greet guests entering the showroom and assist accordingly
Handle guest complaints diplomatically and refer complaining guests to the appropriate individual for resolution
Operate switchboard telephone system
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Stock and monitor service guest lounge
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all guests and employees
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting guests efficiently
