The Receptionist is expected to protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the dealership. They will ensure all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits. The role involves accurately filing receipts and permits to maintain an accurate record-keeping process for quick data retrieval. The Receptionist will also act as a teacher to support the efforts of other employees and seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service. The primary duties include ensuring maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control, while achieving customer satisfaction standards. This involves effectively greeting, communicating with, and guiding customers to appropriate departments. The role requires accurate review of money and permits for consistent tracking, reporting to work on time, and maintaining a reliable work schedule. The Receptionist must effectively communicate and perform all job duties requested by management, operate with integrity, demand high ethical standards, set an example of good attitude and professionalism, and help resolve customer complaints. The schedule varies by season: Spring/Summer is Monday-Friday 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Fall/Winter is Monday-Friday 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
