Evening Receptionist (Part-Time)
About The Position
Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand! This is a part-time, on-site position in North Richland Hills, TX, with a pay rate of $10.00 - $15.00 per hour. We are looking for a professional and outgoing Receptionist to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
