About The Position

Lynch Superstore in Burlington is looking for a Part-time Evening Receptionist. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you will be responsible for answering phones, redirecting phone calls for customers, greeting customers to ensure they are being helped, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. The schedule is a couple evenings during the week and alternating Fridays and Saturdays, totaling 10-15 hours per week. Lynch is a family-owned group of Automotive Dealerships and Commercial Truck Centers with over 65 years of operation, offering competitive compensation and industry-leading benefits.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors
• Answer and transfer phone calls
• Handle deposits and CODs
• Process and sort mail (outgoing and incoming)
• Maintain Dealer Plate log
• Maintain I-pass retention and logs
• Maintain credit card log
• Reimbursements
• Scan and file documents
• Other clerical duties as assigned by management
